The God of War: Ragnaren
God of War, developed by Corey Barlog and his cheerful associates, is a story concentrated about the father and son … who turned out to be gods. It was this game that became my first acquaintance with the Ubisoft studio, which I was incredibly happy about. However, it may seem surprising for a studio that has been around for so long, but this is Ubisoft's first full remake, different from other titles that they have simply remastered for newer hardware. However, The Sands Of Time remake is pretty faithful to the original, just with modern graphics and gameplay.

We play as Selena, an astronaut stuck in the hellish Groundhog Day as she endlessly tries to break out of the repetitive cycle of death.

A brand new shooter from People Can Fly published by Square Enix is called Outriders. We play as a member of humanity who had to flee from Earth and landed on a planet called Enoch. But a huge storm called an anomaly forces them back into cryostasis. And yet, when they wake up, they all find themselves endowed with ridiculous powers. As I understand it, this is something like Mass Effect that Doom met, so it wasn’t easy for us.
Deathloop

Imagine Groundhog Day, but you are two killers who kill each other every day, and then repeat everything over and over again ad nauseam. Well, it's Deathloop. The game takes place in a mysterious black reef, during what is described as time of madness. What is clear is that our two killers have very different ideas about their current situation. Juliana wants to protect him while Cole hopes to break out of their endless cycle, but what they always do is kill each other.
Ghostwire: Tokyo

As people begin to evaporate from the neon-lit streets of Tokyo, it becomes clear that something is wrong. In Ghostwire: Tokyo, strange shadowy figures begin to patrol the streets, and terrifying monsters are based on Japanese lore and legends. Far Cry 6

Yes exactly. Far Cry is back once again. Far Cry 6 is set in Yaran, described as a “tropical paradise frozen in time,” and we play as a local Yaran named Dani Rojas. Assuming the role of a guerrilla, we set off to overthrow the dictatorship regime of Anton Castillo (played by Giancarlo Esposito – we saw him in Breaking Bad). As the leader of the Yar, Castillo wants to restore the nation to its former glory, and he is willing to do so by any means necessary.
Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2

After the release of the first Vampire Masquerade: Bloodlines in 2004, nothing since has come close to being a great vampire RPG. Luckily, Hardsuit Labs and Paradox Interactive are bringing back the bloodlines with a sequel that promises to take us into the exciting world of a vampire abandoned in Seattle. As a newly minted vampire, we will find ourselves embroiled in a trade war between rival vampire factions. With dialogue options, alliances to create and choices to make. Bloodlines 2 looks like it's shaping up to fill the void left by the first game.
Lord of the Rings: Gollum

Lord of the Rings: Gollum, a brand new game from Daedalic Entertainment, where we play, not surprisingly, as Gollum. Starting with Barad-dûr, the Mordorian fortress where Gollum is held captive, the game will take us through many locations in Middle-earth, each containing several quests and a range of friendly or not-so-friendly heroes. The game is inspired by Tolkien's own drawings and plays out as a stealth action-adventure game that also exploits Gollum's split personality.
Chorus

Before we continue name me a game where we play as a sentient spaceship. Come on, try it – write your options in the comments. All in all, welcome to Chorus, a brand new spaceflight combat shooter where we'll play as Nara and Forsaken, her sentient fighter. Taking the genre straight into the next generation of consoles, Chorus looks pretty amazing, combining exploration of the entire universe with a shootout of our enemies in an epic quest to free the oppressed galaxy.
Resident Evil 8: Village

Resident Evil Village is a continuation of the plot of the last part after a few years. In the trailer, we see the familiar face of Chris Redfield, and he is said to set off a chain of events that lead Ethan to a mysterious village. But why was Chris there? And who is he, friend or foe? The trailer leaves us with a lot of questions. We also see a large werewolf-like creature, which will undoubtedly be a new type of enemy that we will have to fight.
Ratchet Clank: Rift Apart

This game will release in the first half of 2021 as a PS5 game. The abundance of effects and relatively smooth scene transitions could be a powerful showcase for the PlayStation 5, and developer Insomniac is sure to include some cool use cases for the DualSense controller's unique features.
Dying Light 2

No calendar is complete without a zombie game or two on the horizon, and Dying Light 2 stands a good chance of being the only zombie game you'll need for the foreseeable future. Techland got off to a fantastic start with the original Dying Light in 2015, and its sequel intends to expand those parameters in every way. With its reactive world, branching narrative, sophisticated combat, and radically modernized visuals.
Dying Light 2 is everything we could hope for in one great apocalyptic package. There is no release information yet, but our barbed wire baseball bats are ready and out for zombie blood.
Diablo 4

Diablo 4 is about to take us to hell and back with what looks like a devilishly good sequel filled with dungeon goodness. While in the world of Sanctuary, we will fight against the burning hell in a permanent online mode that will allow us to fight alongside other adventurers. So far we know three classes that we can choose from, druid, sorceress and barbarian. Do you remember Lilith from Diablo 2? Well, here she comes back in the fourth installment, and judging by the sounds, she's going to give us some trouble – yes, now you understand that she is one of the main antagonists of the game. Her return “heralds the advent of an age of darkness and suffering,” so we better get ready.
Gran Turismo 7

Racing fans can always look forward to a new Gran Turismo game every few years, and 2021 will finally bring Gran Turismo 7 on PlayStation 5.
